Celebrating 100 years of design with Braun

100 years OMG!! Are you as shocked as me? Braun products are well built and always changing with the times so it is no surprise that they are celebrating 100 years strong 🍾

I feel the design of any product needs to be a well thought out process, products need to be functional, look the part but be simple! They require versatility and sleekness, nowadays they need to stand out from the crowd and they must stand the test of time!

This year marks 100 years of Braun. That’s 100 years of functional, useful and built to last design. And, to celebrate this unique moment together, we’re running a project of a different kind.

In the last 100 years so much has changed, but the quality and craftmanship that goes into every single Braun product has stayed the same.

The last 100 years has seen huge developmental leaps in style, design and fashion. In that time, we’ve had the miniskirt, the Little Black Dress and the skinny jean. We’ve seen Art Deco, Scandi chic and minimalism. We’ve used cassettes, smartphones and home hubs. Which innovation has been your favourite?

These days, when it comes to design, we expect more. Yes, we want something to look good but we also want it to last. We want it to be accessible, durable and good for the planet while still fulfilling its purpose. A study run by Braun earlier this year revealed exactly that.

Is that too much to ask for? Braun think not.

I have to agree its not to much to ask for, for me design is a given, products need to be functional, look the part but be simple! They require versatility and sleekness, nowadays they need to stand out from the crowd!

Thanks to @comeround I was selected to test and review the verival cereal and was super lucky to have added extras thrown in, I really did feel spoilt when this bundle of surprises arrived!

I couldn’t wait to get stuck in to this Organic Verival cereal this morning it has the perfect crunch to it and really does taste A-may-zing.

I always add additional fruit pieces to my cereal to give it that extra WOW factor for me.

accompanied with a mug of smooth Austrian coffee from Julius Meinl in the super cute mug 😍 Heck I thought i may as well go all out and try the Organic Quince Lemon juice too which really hit my taste buds in a good way 😋

After a very hectic on the go kind of day what better way than to spend the evening unwinding savouring the taste of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2019.

A wine that is intense, concentrated with appealing ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours and goes well with chilled grapes and cheese 🧀 🍇 🥂🍾

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is a Dry white but suprisingly not as dry as i expected 👀 it is really light and refreshing and a new favourite of mine.

Personally I feel this will go well with spicy dishes and i intend on testing that out sooner rather than later when I entertain guests with a curry night 🍛

Best served chilled

This wine retails at around £23 a bottle but it is well worth the cost in my opinion.

I **love love love** to save money where I can and so when I came across TopCashback a couple of years back I quickly learnt that by shopping normally I was slowly gaining a small amount of money back. I usually cash out in vouchers, Love2Shop to be precise simply because they pay an additional percentage on top so you get more for your money…Win Win. Tracking purchases is pretty quick, sometimes instantly however TopCashback have to wait for the merchant to pay out before crediting your account!
